Provide advanced technical support and escalation for Fortinet products (especially FortiGate). Troubleshoot customer environments, reproduce issues in lab, analyze configurations, recommend corrective actions, manage case escalations, educate customers, and collaborate with QA and development to identify fixes and improvements.

Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales engineering support: qualify leads, act as primary technical resource on sales calls, educate customers on features and integration, handle post-sales technical issues with support and engineering, and deliver post-sales training.

Implement, deploy, and optimize secure, scalable cloud and network security environments across major public clouds. Build IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/ARM), CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps automation. Integrate Fortinet security solutions, design cloud networking, troubleshoot and optimize performance/cost/security, and deliver documentation and knowledge transfer for production-ready deployments.

Sell Fortinet enterprise network security solutions to Fortune 1000 accounts in Peru. Build and manage sales pipeline, forecast and report results, meet quarterly quotas, develop account plans with partners, and collaborate with marketing, channel and engineering teams to drive revenue growth.
