Provide pre-sales technical support alongside sales: qualify leads, act as primary technical resource on sales calls, explain features and integrations, support networking/security solutions, and deliver post-sales customer training.

Act as primary technical advisor for key enterprise customers: troubleshoot Fortinet security products, reproduce environments, provide proactive recommendations and best practices, manage incidents to resolution, communicate with stakeholders, produce service reports, and liaise with R&D on product issues.

Provide escalated technical support for Fortinet endpoint solutions by troubleshooting FortiClient and FortiGate, collecting and analyzing system/configuration data, reproducing customer environments in lab, recommending corrective actions, managing case escalations, and educating customers on networking and product use until case closure.

Drive regional revenue by managing and training Fortinet reseller partners, developing joint business and marketing plans (including MDF), aligning partner KPIs, and coordinating with sales, marketing, and engineering to meet quarterly and annual targets.

Support Sales for SLED accounts by qualifying technical leads, acting as primary technical resource on sales calls, resolving post-sales technical issues with support and engineering, and providing post-sales training. Focus on networking, security, encryption, and authentication technologies.

Work with FortiOS and FortiSASE to translate requirements into prototypes, collaborate with PMs, UX designers, and developers, perform usability testing, document defects, maintain VMs and design components, provide mentorship, and stay current on Fortinet and competitor products.

Develop, maintain, and optimize cloud-native networking and security software. Implement scalable features, fix bugs, collaborate with DevOps/QA, and tune systems for efficient cloud operation.

Manage and drive direct sales into major enterprise accounts for Fortinet products. Build executive relationships, create strategic account plans, manage RFI/RFP responses, negotiate contracts, and close large enterprise deals while meeting quarterly sales targets.
