Design, develop, and maintain multi-tier .NET web applications and microservices for product entitlement, renewals, and CRM support. Produce detailed designs, implement backend C# services and SQL Server logic, create RESTful APIs, collaborate with front-end developers, and participate in agile ceremonies ownership of assigned stories.

Provide centralized sales operations support across assigned districts: manage opportunity and quote lifecycles in Salesforce, maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy, coordinate quoting with Deal Desk and Finance, perform month-end reconciliations (Oracle and POS), and support cross-functional channel communications without quota or prospecting responsibilities.

Provide escalated technical support for Fortinet endpoint solutions by troubleshooting FortiClient and FortiGate, collecting and analyzing system/configuration data, reproducing customer environments in lab, recommending corrective actions, managing case escalations, and educating customers on networking and product use until case closure.

Provide end-to-end HR operations support for US employees, including onboarding/offboarding, Oracle HCM Cloud transactions, HR compliance and audits, employee experience programs, ticketing system support, special projects, and confidential HR administration.
