The FP&A Analyst produces KPI reporting, supports quarter-end management reporting, performs ad hoc financial analysis, and improves reporting workflows using Excel, Alteryx, Salesforce, and other tools. The role partners with Sales, Operations, and leadership to connect financial performance with business objectives, ensure reporting data integrity, and provide data-backed insights for strategic decisions.

Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers, onboarding them to Varonis platforms and driving data security outcomes. Lead data discovery, remediation, governance, AI risk assessments, health checks, training, and quarterly business reviews. Resolve technical issues, coordinate escalations, support renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and advocate for customer needs internally. Engage stakeholders across cloud, security, privacy, AI/ML, infrastructure, and executive teams.

Lead Varonis’s competitive intelligence program by supporting competitive deals, creating battlecards and technical positioning, conducting win/loss analysis, monitoring market developments, and communicating actionable insights across sales, product, and marketing. Own and improve CompetiBot by designing AI-agent workflows that automate research, synthesize intelligence, and enable field teams to self-serve accurate competitive guidance.
