The Sales Development Representative identifies prospective customers and decision-makers, conducts high-volume cold calls and email outreach, presents Varonis products, follows up on marketing and partner leads, and books meetings. The role partners with Account Managers on territory strategy and sales activity while maintaining accurate account and prospect information in Salesforce. Varonis provides training and opportunities for advancement.

Operate and improve reliable, scalable cloud services through monitoring, incident management, alerting, automation, and infrastructure administration. Develop C# .NET and Python tools, support high availability and SLA commitments, improve deployment and serviceability, and collaborate with R&D, Support, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. Document operational procedures, maintain standards, and communicate service health, incidents, upgrades, and performance to internal and external stakeholders.

Develops and manages strategic channel partnerships, educates partner sales teams on product positioning, generates and converts leads, and supports new business growth. Builds consultative partner relationships, coordinates introductions to sales representatives, conducts prospecting, maintains CRM accuracy, reports on performance, and meets regularly with partners onsite.

Partners with sales teams on new business and upsell opportunities, configures solutions, presents technical information, manages multiple evaluation projects, resolves customer concerns, and improves deployment documentation and configuration. Requires expertise in Windows domains, Active Directory, NAS, Microsoft 365, troubleshooting, customer communication, and project management.

Serves as the primary technical contact for Varonis customers, onboarding them to Varonis platforms and delivering proactive support, training, health checks, and business reviews. Identifies security issues, develops remediation plans, supports renewals and upsell opportunities, escalates technical concerns, advocates for customer needs, and creates reusable knowledge content. Requires strong enterprise IT, cloud, cybersecurity, communication, problem-solving, and customer success skills, with up to 25% travel.
