Define the UX product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics for Zafin AIOS, an AI agent orchestration platform. Conduct user discovery, partner with design and engineering, shape workflows and prototypes, prioritize features, and translate customer needs into delivery-ready requirements. The role focuses on usability, accessibility, transparency, trust, and human control in regulated financial-services AI workflows, while supporting demos, customer engagement, and continuous product improvement.

Build and maintain production machine learning and AI systems for Zafin AIOS, focusing on retrieval, embeddings, vector search, RAG, model evaluation, knowledge pipelines, model serving, observability, and reliability. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver governed AI capabilities for regulated banking environments. Improve performance, cost, latency, traceability, explainability, and monitoring while supporting responsible AI practices and enterprise data workflows.

Lead complex, customer-facing banking technology programs from mobilization through implementation and go-live. Build transformation roadmaps, coordinate globally distributed product, engineering, architecture, QA, and consulting teams, and manage scope, risks, dependencies, governance, economics, and executive reporting. Serve as a trusted partner to senior financial institution stakeholders, resolve delivery challenges, improve accountability, and establish repeatable transformation practices.

Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for web, APIs, backend systems, integrations, databases, and event-driven applications. Execute functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, performance, and reliability testing for enterprise banking software. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot defects, monitor quality metrics, improve test coverage, and collaborate with engineering, product, business, and data teams.

Implement and configure Zafin’s banking SaaS solutions for financial institution customers. Responsibilities include eliciting and documenting requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, developing user stories and implementation documentation, coordinating functional and integration testing, and presenting enterprise solutions. The role requires banking domain expertise in product and pricing, rates and fees, billing, deposits, payments, relationship pricing, or core banking transformation, along with strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Partners with banking and financial-services customers to implement Zafin SaaS solutions. Leads discovery workshops, requirements analysis, fit-gap assessments, functional design, configuration, testing, demonstrations, training, and knowledge transfer. Collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, and implementation teams throughout Agile delivery, manages functional risks, builds customer relationships, and mentors junior consultants.

Lead functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing for complex banking applications. Validate databases, APIs, batch workflows, event-driven systems, ETL pipelines, integrations, and data transformations. Create comprehensive test documentation, develop automated tests, analyze defects, manage testing risks, and communicate release quality. Collaborate with engineering and product teams, improve QA processes, and mentor junior QA engineers.

Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and support Zafin SaaS solutions for financial institutions. Translate business and banking requirements into technical designs, integrations, APIs, workflows, data mappings, and implementation plans. Lead technical workstreams, client workshops, testing, defect resolution, deployment readiness, and production support. Provide technical direction, mentor junior consultants, manage delivery risks, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, auditable, maintainable, and operationally ready.

Create and edit short-form videos, motion graphics, social assets, campaign content, and sales enablement materials. Repurpose webinars, interviews, events, and existing footage into engaging clips for digital channels. Build reusable branded templates, prepare files for channel-specific specifications, organize project assets, and collaborate with marketing and brand teams. The role improves the speed, consistency, and quality of video production while simplifying complex messages through clear visual design and concise editing.

Produce polished video content for product marketing, customer stories, executive interviews, events, social media, campaigns, and sales enablement. Manage projects from concept through delivery, including scripts, storyboards, shoots, editing, motion graphics, stakeholder reviews, exports, and asset organization. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to simplify complex enterprise technology narratives for banking and technology audiences while managing timelines, vendors, and production logistics.
