Lead and grow TD SYNNEX's HPE business in Romania by defining and executing strategy across Infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud, and Networking. Build vendor, partner, and customer relationships, drive business development and enterprise projects, lead the local team, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to expand market share.

Lead IT infrastructure and IT real estate projects using structured project management practices. Plan, track, and report progress, manage risks, mobilize stakeholders, coach teams, and ensure timely, quality delivery across multi‑functional initiatives.

Recruit and enable Advisors, MSPs, and VARs to sell UCaaS, CX, connectivity and SaaS. Build partner relationships, qualify leads, manage vendor pipeline, provide onboarding and training, support sales teams, track market trends, and attend vendor trainings. Responsible for general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany billing, cash management and month/year-end close. Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile balance sheet items, produce group reporting packages, assist audits, guide GL analysts, and drive process improvements and automation.

The Billing Analyst will handle customer invoice processing, resolve billing queries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate revenue recording and maintain billing records.

Prepare and post journal entries, perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations, and execute month- and year-end closes. Prepare group reporting packages, support audits, ensure internal controls, drive process improvements, and review/guide junior GL analysts.

Drive sales of resold IT services (renewals, product support) by generating leads, prospecting, cold calling, managing quotes/bookings, maintaining pipeline, coordinating with product teams, and ensuring timely invoicing and collections to meet assigned targets.

Coordinate and process sales orders and purchase orders, ensuring approvals and vendor communication, while managing order queues and timelines effectively.

As a Credit Controller, you'll manage the debtor portfolio, follow up on payments, optimize credit control processes, and collaborate with Sales.

The role involves developing and maintaining applications, analyzing business requirements, testing software, and collaborating across IT departments.
