Jouw rol

Als Finance Representative Credit Controller ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van onze debiteurenportefeuille en het optimaliseren van ons credit control proces. Je werkt nauw samen met Sales en Post-Sales om klanttevredenheid én cashflow te verbeteren.

Wat ga je doen?

• Bewaken en opvolgen van openstaande betalingen.

• Contact onderhouden met klanten over betalingsachterstanden (telefonisch & per e-mail).

• Rapporteren aan de Finance Manager Credit Control over achterstallige betalingen, kredietlimieten en betalingsvoorwaarden.

• Optimaliseren van het credit control proces.

• Blokkeren/deblokkeren van klanten volgens richtlijnen en profiel.

• Facturen bespreken met Sales en Post-Sales en escaleren waar nodig.

• Werken met Excel en IT-tools om data actueel te houden en te analyseren.

Wie ben jij?

• Financiële of boekhoudkundige achtergrond, in staat om een balans te lezen.

• Communicatief vaardig in Nederlands, Frans én Engels.

• Nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en zelfstandig.

• Proactief en goed in het stellen van prioriteiten.
