Develop and maintain AI agents and generative AI solutions to support engineering and verification tasks. Integrate AI with tools, databases, and APIs, automate workflows, analyze user requirements, evaluate new AI technologies, and produce documentation and demos.

This role involves end-to-end ownership of IMS domains across Ericsson and Nokia networks, focusing on design, troubleshooting, and service assurance while ensuring network stability and compliance.

Work on designing, building, and evaluating AI agents using LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks. Integrate models, create tool-calling workflows, implement backend services and APIs, build tests/benchmarks, analyze failures, and prototype enterprise AI solutions while collaborating with engineers and stakeholders.

Monitor, detect, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity threats within a SOC. Perform incident response, threat hunting, malware analysis, forensics, vulnerability management, compliance support, and detection engineering. Coordinate with infrastructure and cloud teams, develop SIEM/SOAR playbooks, and produce incident reports and dashboards.

Perform analysis, configuration, integration and verification of cloud-native and on-premise telecom/network systems. Plan and execute deployments, upgrades, migrations and tests (module/system/acceptance). Support pre-sales, run test cases, script/automate tasks, drive improvements, and share knowledge with global customers and teams.

Support design and testing of baseband and RAN products, maintain and manage lab equipment and inventory, prepare data and help build AI platforms, document outputs, and contribute insights in team meetings to improve testing and operational efficiency.

Provide Core and Cloud domain expertise across CS/PS/IMS/IP Core and Cloud. Support Domain Support, Automated Operations, and Automation/Analytics teams; design and maintain automated service delivery, drive recovery processes, perform trend analysis, and improve operational recovery and repair.

Coordinate training logistics and venues, support trainers and participants, maintain contact with trainers and vendors, handle inquiries, schedule meetings and timetables, prepare training materials, and help deliver Learning Services projects on time and with quality while engaging with customers and vendors.

Design, govern, and operate cloud-native infrastructure and CNIS platforms (Kubernetes/CCD). Lead platform architecture, multi-cluster strategies, capacity planning, DR, IaC/GitOps adoption, observability (Prometheus/Grafana), storage and SDN integration, and hands-on Linux, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

Perform integration, configuration, and O&M on Ericsson Charging System nodes (SDP, CCN, OCC, AIR). Execute ICP updates and CR-based changes, use RHEL/UNIX commands, shell scripting, databases, and telecom protocols (INAP, CAMEL, Diameter). Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to support IN and converged network evolution and ensure smooth project delivery.
