Support and drive Configuration Management processes across development and in-service support programs. Frequent supplier travel within India.

Support HR Business Partner with day-to-day HR administrative tasks: maintain confidential employee records, coordinate HR activities and government agency inquiries, assist talent acquisition with scheduling and background checks, and help organize wellness and benefits sessions.

Perform system integration, verification, validation and qualification (IVVQ) of complex, safety-critical systems (ATM and defence). Develop and execute requirements-based test strategies, automate tests and scripts (Linux), and sign off system readiness while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.

Maintain and develop ServiceNow instances: customize platform, build service catalog items, reports, workflows and integrations; gather/document technical requirements; implement API integrations; write and maintain code and documentation; drive platform adoption; perform regular maintenance and upgrades.

Drive regional execution of product portfolio strategy, enable go-to-market and sales across the bid lifecycle, train and align local teams and partners, capture market intelligence, and feed regional insights to product and business owners to maximize lead generation and deal success.
