The HR Intern shall ensure a close relationship between the Human Resources function and the employees within his/her scope. Shall be involved in all areas of personnel administration in support of the HR Business Partner. Shall facilitates the organization of activities, internal and external coordination, the circulation of information and performs administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day HR administrative support
- Conduct 201 and 202 inventory
- Collate and organize HR and employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality while performing the activity
- Provide assistance on HR/Admin initiated activities (wellness sessions, benefits orientation and the likes)
- Coordinate with government agencies on inquiries pertaining to proof of payment, records updating, and benefits implementing rules and regulations
- Provide assistance to Talent Acquisition Partner in scheduling candidates for pre-employment medical exam and background reference checking
- Perform other HR related tasks that may be required as needed
Job Requirements
- Preferably graduating students of AB / BS in Human Resources, Business /Office Administration or similar and equivalent course
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Organized, detailed oriented and can communicate clearly
- Can handle and can be trusted with personal, sensitive and confidential information
- With basic knowledge of labor law is an advantage
- Willing to work in Makati City, onsite work arrangement
