- 10+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions within enterprise or large-scale environments.
- Strong expertise in applied AI solution patterns including agentic architectures, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), orchestration frameworks, evaluation pipelines, and intelligent automation.
- Solid understanding of modern AI system concepts including memory management, planning, tool orchestration, model evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI principles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern application development technologies including APIs, Angular, React, and TypeScript
- Experience working within aviation, aerospace, inflight entertainment, or other mission-critical technology industries..

Skills Required
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication or equivalent
- 10-14 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Defense/military/Aerospace products development
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate
