Lead development of avionics flight display platform and application software using C/Embedded C and RTOS. Capture requirements, design, code, perform peer reviews, debugging, unit/verification testing (RTRT/LDRA), and ensure DO-178B/C compliance. Write system, high- and low-level requirements and tests, work in Agile teams, and manage CM tools for quality delivery.

Provide financial support and cost control for projects: budgeting, forecasting, billing, cash monitoring, monthly reporting, estimate-to-complete validation, and support PMO and pricing activities while ensuring regulatory export and security compliance.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Air Traffic Management projects: plan, coordinate cross-functional and global teams, manage risks, budgets, procurement, stakeholder relations, and support bids while ensuring Thales governance and customer satisfaction.

Conduct frontier research in computer vision and vision-language foundation models; design and evaluate multimodal perception and frugal-learning methods (fine-tuning, few/zero-shot, LoRA); develop object detection, segmentation, tracking, and scene-understanding algorithms; build evaluation protocols for robustness, uncertainty, bias, and explainability; translate research into prototypes and deployable AI components; publish and patent results; collaborate with engineering teams and academic partners; support trustworthy, certifiable AI in critical systems.
