As a Project Manager in our Airspace Mobility Solutions team, you will contribute to international projects that shape the future of Air Traffic Management, collaborating with customers and global teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while meeting customer satisfaction and financial objectives;
Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and global engineering teams to ensure successful project execution;
Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and contractual compliance;
Monitor project performance, manage risks and mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with Thales Project Management governance;
Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth;
Support bid and proposal activities by contributing to competitive, high-quality project plans aligned with Thales governance.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field.
5 years of minimum experience as Project Manager or Bid Manager;
Strong knowledge of project management and systems engineering, with experience in project planning, risk, procurement and financial management;
Proven leadership, stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment;
Professional proficiency in English and availability to travel;
IPMA or equivalent certification (nice to have).
