The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge and skills in managing SCCM for patch and application delivery, along with the ability to fine-tune related processes to ensure effective deployment and operational efficiency.
Mains tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and administration for SCCM, focusing on application deployment, patch management, and system updates.
- Develop, test, and implement SCCM configurations to streamline and enhance patch and application delivery processes.
- Monitor and optimize SCCM performance and efficiency, identifying improvement opportunities for deployment workflows.
- Manage the creation and deployment of software packages, updates, and security patches to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCCM, including client installation, patch deployment failures, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with IT team members to gather requirements for application delivery and patch management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
