Lead and grow a team of 4-5 ML engineers to design, build, and operate enterprise-grade, distributed AI/ML systems (LLM serving, retrieval, agentic frameworks). Provide architectural direction, establish ML lifecycle CI/CD and evaluation frameworks, implement safety/traceability guardrails, and ensure responsible AI and data governance compliance.

Lead a small engineering team (≈60% hands-on coding, 40% people/delivery leadership). Design and build C#/.NET backend services and Angular/TypeScript frontends on AWS, improve CI/CD and deployment workflows, champion TDD and code review, mentor engineers, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.

Manage day-to-day data entry operations and a small team to ensure accurate, timely processing of business and statistical data. Monitor performance metrics, set priorities, drive process improvements, conduct evaluations, and handle customer-facing interactions to meet SLAs and quality goals.

Drive customer value and long-term partnerships by onboarding, configuring, and training customers on LexisNexis solutions. Use AI-driven tools, analytics, and health scoring to monitor adoption, run value reviews, identify upsell opportunities, maintain CRM records, and provide product intelligence. Collaborate cross-functionally to influence roadmap and scale digital, AI-enhanced customer success programs.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social). Set meetings for Account Executives, collaborate with sales teams, follow processes, and report monthly to management. Focus on pipeline growth, targeting decision-makers, and advancing into a sales professional role within 12–18 months.
