Lead municipal infrastructure projects on Vancouver Island: manage teams, schedules, budgets, stakeholder and utility engagement; ensure QA/QC, HSE, project delivery, client representation, and business development support.

Lead a scrum team to analyze, design, and develop software supporting hardware/technical services. Manage program and project implementation, plan large efforts, ensure test quality, resolve production defects, and provide technical leadership and strategic input across the function.
