Supports network, server, operational technology, and cybersecurity infrastructure for a transportation operations program. Responsibilities include Linux server administration, VPN and firewall management, routing and switching, network monitoring, vulnerability management, system integration, disaster recovery, technical documentation, and troubleshooting. The role coordinates with government, cybersecurity, vendors, and internal technical teams to maintain secure, resilient, high-availability systems.

Supports the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, reporting, budgeting, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, contract and procurement activities, documentation, and site monitoring for infrastructure and civil works projects. Ensures project deliverables meet client requirements, contractual obligations, quality standards, health and safety requirements, and deadlines.

Provide SharePoint and knowledge-management support, gather and document business requirements, assist with data collection/automation, maintain document control (Aconex), create Power BI visualizations, support end-users with training/documentation, and collaborate across teams to ensure systems align with business needs.

Provides mechanical engineering leadership for a key project, including defining scope, developing budgets and schedules, preparing calculations, drawings, procurement and installation documents, evaluating proposals, and producing technical reports. Provides technical direction to CAD designers, drafters, designers, and junior engineers while supervising engineering deliverables and ensuring customer quality requirements are met.

Manages construction contracts, contractual correspondence, claims, variations, extension-of-time submissions, compliance, risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and negotiations across an aviation terminal program. Coordinates with legal, commercial, and project controls teams while reviewing contractual obligations, notices, and requirements.

Coordinate BIM workflows for civil infrastructure projects, develop LOD 400/500 models for handover and asset management, integrate 4D/5D data, manage Civil 3D and Revit models, perform clash detection, maintain CDE documentation, and provide BIM training and standards.
