Leads electrical engineering and construction administration activities, ensuring contractor work conforms to contract documents and specifications. Reviews technical submittals, RFIs, change orders, claims, record documents, and authority requirements. Coordinates electrical pre-installation activities, inspections, testing, commissioning, handover, and sign-off documentation. The role also liaises with consultants and supports project management responsibilities.

Manage project documentation throughout its lifecycle, including registration, coding, version control, distribution, transmittals, workflow tracking, archiving, reporting, audits, and closeout. Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, traceable, compliant, and properly maintained within EDMS/CDE platforms.

Leads large-scale engineering and construction programs from execution through completion. Serves as the primary client and subcontractor representative, manages scope, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, deliverables, resources, and technical teams. Oversees project plans, reporting, meetings, negotiations, regulatory and public interactions, staffing, and performance development. Supports business development and ensures technical and commercial excellence across program activities.

Lead electrical design activities including concept, preliminary and detailed designs, calculations for LV/MV/HV networks, substations, pump stations and treatment plants. Prepare single line and schematic diagrams, specs, tender documents, reviews, value engineering, and tender evaluations. Coordinate with clients, utilities and multidisciplinary teams, guide CAD/BIM staff, and oversee technical submittals and design QA.

Leads contract management for airfield and airport infrastructure projects, including drafting contractual correspondence, administering obligations, managing variations and claims, mitigating commercial risks, supporting negotiations, and ensuring compliance. The role coordinates with project managers, engineers, contractors, consultants, clients, and internal teams while maintaining audit-ready records. It also guides junior staff and promotes consistent contractual interpretation across project packages.

Leads drainage and stormwater design for transportation infrastructure projects, including hydraulic and hydrologic analyses, storm drain plans, detention facilities, culverts, water quality features, reports, and specifications. Oversees junior and mid-level staff, coordinates multidisciplinary design teams, ensures QA/QC standards, interfaces with clients, provides technical mentorship, and supports proposals and business development.

Integrates next-generation missile defense advancements with accelerated munitions production. Maintains technical strategy and roadmap, oversees cross-functional teams from development through sustainment, introduces disruptive technologies, resolves system integration challenges, and transitions capabilities into production for fleet delivery.

Supports AEGIS future capability studies, systems architecture, missile defense assessments, modeling and simulation efforts, agile project execution, and digital engineering. Develops technical and executive briefings, capability roadmaps, and improvement strategies; manages Futures Scrum Team tasks and data through Jira and Confluence; leads technical working groups; and collaborates with Navy, federal, internal, and external organizations on missile defense systems integration.

Designs, builds, tests, documents, operates, and maintains software supporting electromagnetic warfare solutions, military exercises, and real-world missions. Responsibilities include resolving defects, supporting releases, gathering requirements, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams, and improving development processes. The role requires troubleshooting production issues, applying Agile methods, and supporting mission-critical defense programs. Travel up to 25% is required.
