Builds player feedback loops, support operations, scalable processes, launch communications, community health metrics, and cross-functional partnerships. Establishes both functions from the ground up, manages external partners, represents player needs to executives and development teams, and guides strategy across development, beta, launch, and live operations.

Leads the Legal Operations function by establishing strategy, operating models, technology roadmaps, governance, budgets, performance frameworks, and scalable processes. Oversees Ironclad CLM, knowledge management, AI and automation initiatives, vendor relationships, analytics, and cross-functional technology programs. Manages and develops the Sr. Manager of Legal Operations while partnering with Legal, IT, Procurement, Finance, Security, Privacy, and business leaders to improve contracting efficiency, self-service, workflow adoption, and Legal team capacity.

Own the operational health and readiness of MONOPOLY GO!’s live roadmap and release ecosystem. Lead roadmap governance, dependency management, release planning, risk assessment, deployment coordination, incident response, monitoring, and post-release validation. Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Production, and Live Operations to improve automation, tooling, metrics, and operating processes. Drive cross-functional launches and escalations, embed sustainable ways of working, and mentor operational and engineering leaders.
