Lead commercial strategy and execution for BRCGS, driving sustainable revenue, margin and pipeline. Lead UX research and craft end-to-end digital experiences to improve website performance and conversion. Conduct interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis; produce journeys, wireframes, and prototypes; analyze GA/Hotjar/heatmaps; own UI deliverables in Figma; collaborate with product, engineering, and SMEs; run workshops and support design system development and CRO experimentation.

Manage assigned commercial and strategic accounts across CA, OR, and NV for LGC Standards. Drive revenue for Reference Materials and Analytical Standards by prospecting, qualifying leads, closing sales, coordinating internal resources, maintaining CRM data, attending events, and meeting sales targets. Build product expertise and customer relationships while supporting strategic account planning and forecasts.

Responsible for driving innovation and managing product lifecycle for a portfolio, executing product strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure market readiness and profitability.
