Strengthen growth

  • Lead business development across the BRCGS portfolio
  • Build a high-performing sales and account management function
  • Improve conversion, retention and long-term customer value

Activate a “push / pull” market model

  • Lead engagement across both sides of the ecosystem:
    • Buy-side: retailers, brand owners, demand drivers
    • Sell-side: certification bodies and delivery partners
  • Increase influence, demand and market pull-through

Build partnerships and new routes to market

  • Own and evolve the partner strategy across certification bodies
  • Identify new commercial models, channels and opportunities for growth

Work cross-functionally to unlock growth

  • Partner closely with Marketing to strengthen demand generation and thought leadership
  • Collaborate with Standards, Technical and Digital teams to ensure relevance in a fast-changing market
  • Align with Operations to drive better insight, systems and performance

Lead and grow the team

  • Build and develop a high-performing commercial organisation
  • Create a culture of accountability, pace and clarity
  • Coach leaders and scale capability as the business grows

What success looks like

  • A clear, credible commercial strategy that drives growth
  • Strong revenue and margin performance, underpinned by robust forecasting
  • Increased market visibility and demand for BRCGS services
  • A high-performing, scalable commercial team
  • Strong relationships across customers, partners and the wider ecosystem
