Creates, manages, and improves digital and instructor-led sales training content for EMEA teams. Develops presentations, videos, microlearning, playbooks, job aids, facilitator guides, and eLearning materials; maintains content in Allego and other platforms; supports onboarding, certification, product training, and sales skills programs; collaborates with subject matter experts; applies AI and modern learning technologies; and ensures content quality, consistency, localization, and accuracy.

The role requires dental industry or relevant sales experience, business acumen, CRM proficiency, a valid driver's license, travel, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Leads the Sales Administration team supporting field sales execution, productivity, and commercial performance. Manages team resources, processes, escalations, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance, Clinical, and Marketing. Drives sales projects, continuous improvement, operational discipline, and efficient ways of working while coaching team members and ensuring effective delivery.

Requires a completed Dentistry degree, at least five years of B2B sales or business development experience, dental expertise, intermediate English, and frequent regional travel.
