The Business Transformation Manager is responsible for driving business growth and accelerating adoption of strategic initiatives across key accounts and customer segments. This role combines commercial ownership with transformation leadership, leveraging data, process improvement, consulting, and change management to improve customer performance and deliver revenue outcomes.
Acting as a strategic partner to customers and internal stakeholders, the Business Transformation Manager will identify growth opportunities, lead business improvement initiatives, drive program adoption, and be accountable for achieving defined sales and business performance targets.

- Own and deliver assigned sales, adoption, and growth targets across designated accounts, territories, or strategic programs.
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities through customer segmentation, performance analysis, and business planning.

- Lead pilot projects and scale successful business transformation models across the organization.

- Define project objectives, success metrics, timelines, and governance mechanisms.

What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in sales enablement, commercial excellence, or business transformation, ideally in healthcare or medtech.
- Proven experience leading strategic cross-functional initiatives and engaging with external senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into actionable execution.
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills—especially at executive level.
