Leads HR strategy and daily HR operations for the Reading and Shalmet manufacturing sites. Oversees employee relations, staffing, training, compensation, benefits, engagement, performance management, investigations, workforce planning, and organizational development. Partners with executives and site leaders, supports change management and continuous improvement, mentors HR professionals, tracks HR KPIs, manages budgets, and drives cultural and process improvements.

Supports assigned customer accounts by coordinating with internal departments on scheduling, inventory, pricing, forecasts, logistics, technical requirements, and contracts. Builds customer relationships, resolves account issues, maintains documentation, reviews daily activity reports, makes proactive service and sales calls, and participates in process improvement and cross-functional training.

Supports site-wide human resources activities, including hourly hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, workers’ compensation, payroll history, disability tracking, employee relations records, compensation processes, HR reporting, communications, and employee engagement initiatives. Maintains required personnel documentation, assists with policies and procedures, supports the HR Manager, and performs related projects.

Manages assigned customer accounts and serves as a liaison between customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include resolving scheduling, inventory, pricing, forecasting, logistics, technical, quality, and order-entry issues; maintaining account documentation; reviewing reports and message queues; supporting selling strategies; making proactive customer calls; and participating in process improvement and cross-functional training.

Manages assigned customer accounts as the primary liaison, providing customer support, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining account records. The role supports order management, scheduling, inventory, pricing, forecasting, contract review, technical requirements, customer outreach, and business growth while ensuring timely communication, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Analyzes and processes enterprise master data creation and change requests using SAP S/4HANA and Fiori. Maintains customer, vendor, material, grade, and service master data quality, accuracy, integrity, and compliance. Coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders, performs data loads and validations, resolves defects, supports audits and investigations, and contributes to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives while meeting service-level agreements and SOX, ITAR, and governance requirements.

Maintains Sarbanes-Oxley internal control documentation, performs revenue testing and government filings, prepares employee benefit plan financial statements, supports audits, participates in monthly close and consolidated financial reporting, and assists with Forms 10-Q and 10-K disclosures. Uses SAP general ledger, Hyperion, and company data retrieval tools under direct supervision.

Leads nondestructive testing engineering, including interpreting specifications, writing procedures, qualifying and certifying NDT personnel, supporting technicians, and improving UT and ET processes. Manages audits, customer technical inquiries, equipment implementation, calibration, preventive maintenance, documentation, and statistical process controls. Works on the factory floor to troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, and collaborate with metallurgists on process capability and corrective actions.

Supports the Process Technology R&D team through supplier and vendor coordination, equipment and component procurement, CAD drawings, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation. Assists with designing, fabricating, and installing structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. The role provides hands-on exposure to engineering projects and advanced manufacturing technology in an R&D environment.

Design, configure, and optimize industrial control systems; analyze data and implement improvements; provide technical support and mentor team members; supervise installation, testing, and commissioning; manage project costs, schedules, and business cases for automation upgrades while ensuring safety and quality compliance.
