Creates 2D and 3D parametric CAD designs for customer-specific manufacturing units using Creo Parametric and proprietary software. Interprets engineering drawings and schematics, applies Boolean logic and design rules, prepares CAD and product lifecycle documentation, reviews designs for accuracy, follows drafting standards, supports larger projects, and collaborates with engineers and designers. Occasional travel may be required for product support or training.

Leads manufacturing engineering for a plant operation, overseeing process development, quality documentation, capital equipment, budgets, production capacity, product changes, PFMEAs, supplier issues, and cross-functional transformation projects. Develops engineering talent, drives Lean Manufacturing and standard work, supports new product development, and ensures projects deliver measurable results on schedule and budget.

Coordinates end-to-end logistics for enterprise learning programs, including scheduling, enrollment, facilities, suppliers, materials, communications, attendance, feedback, reporting, documentation, and budget tracking. Develops system-based proposals, provides techno-commercial guidance, supports specifications and tendering, delivers technical presentations, analyzes lifecycle costs and efficiency, tracks competition, identifies product gaps, and helps build demand and sales opportunities across multiple industries.

Supports applied HVAC sales engineers by selecting and pricing chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and other equipment; preparing quotations, technical proposals, submittals, invoices, and order entries; coordinating with customers, factories, vendors, legal, sales, and execution teams; resolving technical clarifications; creating customer accounts; and supporting project handovers and order execution.

Maintains and updates aftermarket product information systems, ensuring accurate product configurations, specifications, and documentation. Reviews customer feedback and field issues, supports engineering change releases through database updates, and provides technical assistance using product and engineering knowledge. Collaborates with engineering, service, and product management teams to resolve information issues and improve system quality, structure, and usability.

Administers service projects from award through closeout, including documentation, procurement, purchase orders, subcontracts, customer invoicing, cost tracking, forecasting support, contract compliance, and billing backlog resolution. Coordinates with project managers, service managers, vendors, customers, legal, finance, and field technicians to ensure timely and accurate project delivery. Requires strong communication, organization, prioritization, basic accounting familiarity, and independent judgment.

Develops and manages customer relationships for Trane light commercial HVAC equipment. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, building relationships with contractors and building owners, generating and qualifying leads, presenting customer solutions, closing business, growing accounts, and achieving sales targets. The role requires customer site visits, product expertise, collaboration with sales teams, and a valid in-state driver’s license.

Serves as a strategic HR partner for Trane Commercial’s Florida Region, supporting more than 800 employees across sales and service. Advises leaders on talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, succession, employee engagement, labor relations, change management, total rewards, and compliance. Coaches managers, develops HR strategies aligned with business goals, analyzes workforce metrics, collaborates with HR centers of excellence, and drives organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
