Serve as a Workday Payroll product configurator and cross-team representative: design scalable Workday Payroll configurations, consult stakeholders, troubleshoot and optimize configurations, drive feature adoption, review requirements and tenants, deliver presentations and one-on-one guidance, and align payroll capabilities with broader Workday architecture and cross-functional business needs.

Develop and validate 1D simulation models for refrigeration and air-conditioning systems using advanced simulation tools. Create mathematical control models, optimize system performance, automate design workflows, and collaborate across teams to deliver validated product designs.

Design custom commercial HVAC equipment and systems, review project plans and submittals, manage scope and bills of materials, coordinate cross-discipline stakeholders, support production and testing, and identify process and quality improvements while delivering on-time project deliverables.

Serve as onsite HR strategic business partner for a focused factory (≈1200 employees). Lead labor and employee relations, talent management, staffing, HR analytics, continuous improvement (Lean), training, investigations, communications, and support union negotiations to align HR programs with business goals.

Lead multi-building and complex commercial HVAC controls projects from proposal through closeout. Manage project financials, schedules, change orders, subcontractors, compliance, and customer relationships. Mentor team members, act as HVAC controls subject-matter expert, and ensure project safety, documentation, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Lead deployment and sustainment of manufacturing technology (PLM/MBOM, MES, ERP, IIoT) across plants. Act as liaison between IT/OT and manufacturing, drive site readiness, change management, training, integration, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and tracking project risks and milestones.

Lead supplier quality for sourced HVAC finished goods: coach suppliers on APQP/FMEA/PPAP, deploy standard work, analyze warranty/field data, drive supplier audits, support new product launches, and facilitate warranty recovery and supplier corrective actions.

Design and develop commercial HVAC heating systems from concept through launch. Apply codes and certification requirements, produce 3D models and drawings, perform validation, FMEAs, risk mitigation, and root cause analysis, and coordinate cross-functional teams and certification agencies.

Manage all administrative and financial aspects of equipment projects from initiation to close: scheduling, cost estimating, forecasting, purchase orders, material/vendor orders, cash-flow and billing, collections support, customer communications, freight/claims coordination, warranty transition, and coordination of equipment, controls and services with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage and grow assigned RHVAC customer accounts across a specified county territory. Generate budgeted sales, develop account-specific business plans, identify customer needs and market opportunities, report sales activity, and perform daily territory travel with occasional overnight stays.
