Deliver recurring operational and executive reports, analyze account performance and provider metrics, support business reviews and client presentations, maintain data accuracy, create dashboards, respond to reporting requests, and provide data-driven recommendations. The role partners with account management, operations, providers, and client stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, process improvements, and account growth opportunities.

Supports and improves commercial systems and Quote-to-Cash processes, including pricing, customer master data, ERP, CRM, PLM, EDI, and eCommerce platforms. Investigates complex issues, administers commercial data and configurations, and leads data governance and continuous improvement initiatives using PDCA, root cause analysis, Kaizen, and standard work.
