The Business Analyst is responsible for delivering reporting, analytics, and business insights that support the successful management of the Global account. This role partners closely with account management, operations, providers, and client stakeholders to analyze performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain recurring operational and executive reports.
- Analyze account performance metrics, trends, spend, work order activity, and provider performance.
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), and client presentations.
- Partner with Account Management to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting platforms.
- Respond to ad hoc client and internal reporting requests.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support account growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI/reporting tools preferred.
- Ability to work with large datasets and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Looker, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise accounts in a service, facilities, or operations environment.
