Partner with business stakeholders to migrate SQL Server workloads, build dimensional models, implement data quality/monitoring, and mentor engineers to support enterprise analytics and reporting.

Outside commercial sales role selling flooring and building products to institutional buyers. Prospect and call existing customers, prepare RFP/RFQ responses and bids, manage projects from product selection to installation oversight, coordinate with inside sales and support teams, and attend trade events to grow regional accounts.

Own and execute website and eCommerce personalization strategy: build and optimize campaigns, define audience segments, run A/B and multivariate tests, partner with merchandising/UX/marketing, monitor conversion metrics, maintain roadmap, and ensure data quality for improved engagement and revenue.
