Own and administer the Databricks on Azure data platform, ensuring security, reliability, performance, and cost optimization. Own and execute website and eCommerce personalization strategy: build and optimize campaigns, define audience segments, run A/B and multivariate tests, partner with merchandising/UX/marketing, monitor conversion metrics, maintain roadmap, and ensure data quality for improved engagement and revenue.

Lead UX Designer defines and stewards UX vision and strategy, manages and develops a UX team, owns research programs and design systems, partners with product/tech/marketing, drives design-to-engineering handoffs, and presents UX strategy to executive stakeholders to align design with business outcomes.
