Lead accurate, compliant U.S. and Canadian payroll processing across bi-weekly and semi-monthly cycles. Validate earnings, deductions, taxable benefits, adjustments, and remittances; conduct payroll reconciliations, audits, and financial reporting. Support global and expatriate payroll, coordinate with third-party providers, resolve benefits-related payroll issues, assist with open enrollment and system testing, and partner with HR, Finance, Benefits, vendors, and technology teams on compliance and process improvements.

Leads go-to-market strategy for assigned products and solutions, driving adoption and revenue growth. Develops positioning, value messaging, thought leadership, collateral, sales presentations, and launch campaigns. Partners cross-functionally with product, operations, demand generation, commercial, and sales teams. Conducts market research, customer analysis, and competitive benchmarking while supporting organizational readiness, product enhancements, market expansion, and executive business-case presentations.
