The objective of this position is to establish program enrollment for new and existing clients to enable billing with an elevated level of accuracy. As client’s enrollment needs change, the role will analyze and execute enrollment changes accurately for a portfolio of customers. As programs are created or evolve, the role will participate in focused projects to adjust enrollment as outlined.

· Processing enrollment requests; correcting enrollment errors Product specific support. Act as SME for products alignment

· Collaboration with product areas on set-up details and program changes

· Inter/ Intradepartmental Project execution and support, including onboarding training

· Other duties as assigned

Required

· High School Graduate or equivalent experience

· Works well within a team and individually

· Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

· Ability to give attention to detail and prioritize work

· Resourceful; able to research, resolve problems and make independent judgments

· Ability to communicate effectively to internal stakeholders

· Highly organized and deadline driven

Preferred
