Fleet Partner Solution es parte de un equipo multifuncional responsable de la resolución de cualquier requerimiento Operativo del Cliente, proponiendo mejoras en procesos alineados a Compliance y Políticas del cliente, asegurando un desempeño operativo sustentable y planes de acción cuando sea requerido.
Manejo del Producto Completo desde una perspectiva de Operaciones para resolver cualquier requerimiento de los clientes Semi-estratégicos (gestionados a través de los Gerentes de Flotilla) asignados a su Portafolio con un Seguimiento extraordinario.
Creación, análisis y presentación de reportes Operativos con métricos de Desempeño de los clientes (periodicidad mensual)
Resolución y Escalación en tiempo y forma (con el área de Operaciones y/o Comercial) de cualquier situación que comprometa la relación de negocio y trabajar en conjunto con las áreas Operativas de Element
Mantener una relación ejecutiva, constante y proactiva con los clientes asignados en su portafolio, y con las áreas de Element; logrando incrementar resolución de situaciones operativas durante el primer contacto (FTR)
Educación y experiencia
Licenciatura, preferentemente en Admin. De Empresas, Industria de la hospitalidad o Ingeniería.
Ingles Fluido: +60%
Al menos 2 años de experiencia en Servicio a Clientes (Preferentemente en modalidad de manejo de Portafolio de Clientes, KAM o Puesto similar)
Experiencia en Leasing (Preferentemente de Vehículos)

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Engineering
- Fluent English proficiency of at least 60%
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably managing a client portfolio, in key account management, or a similar role
- Experience in leasing, preferably vehicle leasing
- Willingness to comply with a pre-employment background check
