Provide Tier 1/2 support and maintain servers, networks, virtualization, backups, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure. Analyze product-line KPIs (orders, sales, backlog, pricing, profitability), produce insights and visualizations, support strategic and operational planning, forecasts, market/competitive analysis, and cross-functional data needs to inform senior management.
