Lead cross-functional teams through the full program lifecycle from proposal to production readiness. Manage cost, schedule, risks, and customer communications; lead IPTs, ensure manufacturable designs, drive mitigation actions, and support transition to production and certification compliance.

Manage month-end close, prepare account reconciliations, support budgets/forecasts, maintain ERP and HFM uploads, manage fixed assets, monitor inventory obsolescence, assist audits, sales/use tax, commissions, and financial statement support.

Lead site-level financial operations for a 45-person location: oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, SOX compliance, audits, ERP enhancements, and a small finance team while partnering with site leadership to drive profitable growth and talent development.

Create detailed 3D models and 2D fabrication drawings for piping spools and assemblies using CAD. Produce BOMs, weld symbols, and manufacturing-ready documentation, collaborate with shop and welding teams, revise drawings from redlines, maintain revision control, and support project schedules while learning piping practices and fabrication processes.

Lead architecture, implementation, integration, and verification of safety-critical embedded firmware for aerospace sensing products. Develop C/C++/Python/Assembly code, use SCADE model-based workflows, perform requirements traceability in DOORS, run LDRA/TQD analysis, support DO-178C certification, debug hardware/software interactions, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Support production quality by collecting and analyzing data, performing root cause and failure analyses, driving corrective/preventive actions, qualifying process/product changes, maintaining quality systems (Control Plans, PFMEAs), supporting audits, and training staff to ensure compliance with aerospace and DoD requirements.
