Prepare and review consolidated federal income tax returns (including Schedule M-3 and Forms 1120), calculate quarterly and year-end ASC-740 tax provisions, assist with state tax returns and apportionment, manage estimated tax payments, support audits, and contribute to tax planning and special projects while coordinating with business units and Treasury.

Produce schematics, wiring diagrams, and documentation; perform hardware/software integration and V&V; manage development workflows in Azure DevOps; provide technical support and project status reporting; improve and sustain existing products.

Lead systems engineering for aerospace/electronics products: define requirements and architectures, perform V&V and safety analyses (FMEA, FTA), support certification (ARP4754/ARP4761), collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage product development and sustainment, and produce technical documentation.
