Leads a team of character artists, establishes visual quality standards and workflows, creates reference assets in Unreal Engine, coordinates with multidisciplinary development teams, manages outsourced character production, and contributes to material pipelines, tools, scheduling, and quality oversight for a AAA BioShock game.

Leads and mentors a gameplay animation team creating high-end player-character and AI animations for a AAA game. Responsibilities include setting animation vision, improving pipelines and tools, training team members, planning motion capture, producing hand-key and motion-capture animations, supporting milestones and hiring, and collaborating across disciplines. The role requires strong expertise in gameplay animation systems, rigging, facial animation, anatomy, and animation principles.

Operate and automate scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, implement CI/CD and IaC for data assets, ensure data observability and quality, enforce security/compliance, and support data scientists and analysts to maintain highly available global data infrastructure.

Leads platform engineering at 2K by architecting Kubernetes infrastructure, internal developer platforms, self-service tooling, and reusable Terraform libraries across cloud and data-center environments.
