The Technical Program Manager will oversee Stripe's Extensibility program, driving cross-functional collaboration, managing complex integrations, and aligning product and engineering roadmaps for successful delivery.

Investigate and assess merchant and account activity to identify fraud, support financial partner requirements, maintain fraud detection rules, analyze trends and root causes, and contribute to reviews and strategy to balance fraud prevention with customer experience.

Own and run the ERM program for Stripe MALPB: roll out RCSAs, maintain control libraries and KRIs, produce Board-level risk scorecards, and design/implement AI-driven automation and real-time monitoring using SQL, Python, APIs, and LLM orchestration to automate evidence collection and GRC workflows.

Assess and underwrite credit risk for small and mid-size merchants by analyzing financial statements, cash flow, and business models. Monitor portfolio risk, identify trends, recommend mitigation strategies and process improvements, and partner with global operations to implement analytics-driven solutions. Help build a new operations team and contribute to risk policy and system gaps.

Manage and grow a named portfolio of enterprise customers in Australia by identifying expansion opportunities, leading full sales cycles, developing account strategies, engaging executive and technical stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving product adoption and revenue growth.

Build, improve, and deploy fraud and loss detection models using supervised and unsupervised ML, causal inference, optimization, and experimentation. Partner with engineering and operations to productionize models, run experiments, and surface insights to shape fraud strategy and reduce financial crime.

Partner with platform customers and C-level stakeholders to design and architect Stripe-based payment solutions, drive adoption, lead presales engagements and POCs, expand account footprint globally, and convey customer insights to product and engineering teams.

Lead design and implementation of full‑stack authentication and account security features for Stripe Organizations. Build APIs, frontend UX/UI, and analytics to secure and simplify login, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and account workflows. Mentor engineers, drive technical decisions, collaborate with Security and partner teams, and create reusable auth building blocks used across Stripe products.
