Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems to reduce financial and regulatory risk. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, diagnose and resolve production issues across the stack, improve tooling and processes, and perform data-driven analysis using SQL and visualization tools.

Lead and grow a distributed Global Payments product design team, drive strategy and execution across cross-border payments, local payment methods, tax compliance, and localization. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership to prioritize initiatives, establish collaboration practices, and raise design craft and impact.

Manage and align risk policies, workflows, and due diligence with financial partners. Evaluate merchants, identify trends, use data to drive process improvements, and build scalable operational controls and reporting to mitigate partner and regulatory risk.

Lead a team building high-performance API platform infrastructure used across Stripe. Define technical vision, drive architecture and delivery, mentor engineers, partner with stakeholders, manage roadmaps, and improve reliability, scalability, and developer experience for internal and external customers.

Work on a real production project as a software engineering intern: design, implement, test, and ship code; participate in code reviews and design discussions; collaborate with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders; learn systems and communicate progress with mentors.
