Own the full sales cycle for venture-backed Israeli startups, from prospecting and qualification through closing and product adoption. Design, train, evaluate, deploy, and own production machine learning models for transaction categorization, risk scoring, and financial data enrichment. Build scalable ML systems and automated data pipelines across large, diverse datasets. Partner with product, data science, and engineering teams, improve model reliability and accuracy, explore emerging AI techniques, and mentor engineers.

Lead design and execution of company-wide planning, operating rhythms, and information architecture. Build and automate central operations infrastructure, translate strategy into operational systems, run leadership operating forums, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams to increase speed, clarity, and accountability.

The role involves developing strategic partnerships, managing negotiations, and driving initiatives that enhance product investment and scalability for Stripe.

Strategically support complex, high-growth billing accounts through technical consultations, account planning, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration. Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders, guide integrations and operational solutions, improve customer support processes, create user-facing content, support billing industry initiatives, conduct frequent onsite meetings, and develop case studies.

Lead design and delivery of regional readiness, validation, and failover tooling for global infrastructure. Build reusable checks, CI/CD gates, and operator workflows; debug production incidents; mentor senior engineers and drive cross-region technical strategy and execution.

Lead concepting and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, film, print, OOH, and live activations. Partner with identity, advertising, producers, and agencies to translate briefs into strategic, high-quality creative work, present to stakeholders, and maintain brand consistency and craft.

Provide transactional legal support to Stripe's EMEA commercial operations: lead contract negotiations, draft and maintain agreements and playbooks, streamline contracting processes, advise cross-functional teams (sales, product, privacy, tax, risk), train sales, and manage outside counsel escalations.
