Partner with account teams to drive customer ROI, identify growth opportunities, mitigate churn risk, monitor technical performance and sentiment, and advise senior stakeholders on subscription and invoicing solutions.

Leads risk-focused partnerships with banks, payment networks, and financial institutions across the UK, Europe, and global markets. The role manages partner relationships, risk and compliance initiatives, payment and treasury solutions, policy recommendations, negotiations, and cross-functional execution with product, engineering, legal, finance, fraud, and operations teams. It requires extensive banking or fintech risk experience, strong knowledge of payment schemes, financial crime controls, cross-border payments, and stakeholder management.
