Provides technical leadership for radar digital signal processing software supporting object identification and tracking in geosynchronous orbit. Designs, develops, tests, debugs, and optimizes high-performance DSP applications using C++, CUDA, and GPU acceleration. Leads architecture and algorithm decisions, collaborates with systems and hardware teams, supports secure high-side development, mentors engineers, and applies AI-enabled development tools while maintaining code accountability.

Requires extensive systems engineering, network infrastructure, aerospace simulation, scripting, requirements, and model-based systems engineering experience.

Oversee Fleet Ballistic Missile Launcher material and support program execution. Track cost, schedule, performance, risks, action items, and deliverables; prepare status reports; coordinate with project managers, planning, operations, line management, customers, and other stakeholders; and develop tracking mechanisms to monitor progress, resolve issues, and meet productivity, quality, and customer objectives.

Supports Sentinel network systems integration through network architecture, modeling, simulation, testing, governance, requirements, capacity planning, reliability analysis, monitoring, incident response, and technical documentation. Coordinates cross-functional teams, develops network standards and procedures, evaluates infrastructure and interfaces, and provides systems engineering expertise throughout the lifecycle. Requires an active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, aerospace modeling and simulation experience, MATLAB proficiency, systems integration experience, and network architecture or scripting experience.

Oversee provisioning and logistics product data for the Fleet Ballistic Missile Launcher System. Coordinate with program management, planning, engineering, and line management to maintain accurate BOMs, obsolescence data, spares levels, and repairability concepts. Track schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and deliverables; prepare status reports; develop dashboards and tracking mechanisms; and drive corrective actions and stakeholder problem resolution.

Supports supply chain and warehouse operations by receiving, moving, counting, weighing, packing, and delivering materials, parts, kits, and chemicals. Uses hand trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment; verifies quantities and part numbers; coordinates with integration and shop-floor teams; and prepares shipments for onsite and offsite locations. The role is onsite, weekend shift-based, and requires Secret clearance.

Leads hardware engineering execution for Sentinel Command Systems Launch Execution Subsystems. Responsibilities include directing integrated engineering processes, managing design and development across subsystem and component hardware, overseeing earned value metrics, quality, risk, supplier integration, requirements compliance, and lifecycle delivery. The role coordinates geographically dispersed teams, mentors engineers, interfaces with customers and senior leadership, allocates resources, and supports program execution, business development, and technical reviews.

Administers standard and nonstandard contracts from proposal preparation through negotiation, execution, and closeout. Interfaces with customers and internal stakeholders, reviews contractual terms and risks, manages changes and deliverables, maintains contract data, submits invoices, and supports financial objectives. The role requires active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for Special Program Access.
