Supports Manufacturing Engineering and Operations by operating, programming, maintaining, and troubleshooting optical measurement equipment, including laser trackers. Interprets engineering drawings and 3D CAD models, applies datums and GD&T, performs dimensional measurements, manipulates data in Excel, and prepares technical reports and charts. Coordinates equipment repairs and calibration, manages equipment storage, and performs forklift and crane operations. The role requires production project support, technical measurement experience, and U.S. citizenship.

Set up, troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and calibrate complex instruments, measurement systems, and laboratory standards across multiple measurement disciplines. Develop calibration methods, bench tests, test plans, and instrument recall cycles using historical data. Advise engineers and technicians on instrument application and performance, coordinate with vendors, and provide technical guidance to lower-classified employees.
