Support program managers and cost account managers with cost and schedule control using Earned Value Management. Prepare budgets, schedules, ETC/EAC, variance analysis, government CDRLs (IPMR), and visibility reports. Use Deltek Cobra, SAP/S4, OLAP, wInsight, and Microsoft Office to maintain baselines, analyze trends, and support monthly program reviews and financial reporting.

Perform Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities for C2BMC systems: analyze ACAS/SCC scans, review STIGs and RMF controls, manage POA&Ms and RARs, create/maintain eMASS/Xacta system packages, and coordinate with partners and auditors to evaluate vulnerabilities and authorize systems. Must work onsite and hold an active Secret clearance.

Implement and enforce mission assurance plans for spacecraft hardware across design, manufacturing, integration, and test. Ensure contractual and quality requirements are flowed down and verified, drive supplier/software/design assurance improvements, support failure investigations and corrective actions, represent Mission Assurance at review boards, track metrics and risks, and communicate program impacts to stakeholders and customers. Onsite role supporting integrated product teams.

Provide legal counsel and strategy on export/import and sanctions compliance (ITAR, EAR, OFAC) across the enterprise, conduct investigations and voluntary disclosures, engage U.S. government agencies, manage cross-functional teams and outside counsel, and support compliance for non-U.S. subsidiaries and global operations.

Lead aerodynamic analysis and design for supersonic/hypersonic weapon systems. Develop CFD and wind tunnel test matrices, run simulations/tests, generate and verify aerodynamic coefficient tables and 6DOF models, collaborate across systems, guidance, test, and manufacturing to meet performance, stability, and controllability requirements.

Lead and coordinate electrical infrastructure engineering for the Sentinel program: review designs and technical artifacts, drive cross‑element solutions, present tradeoffs to management, champion process improvements, ensure code compliance, and support procurement/fabrication. Serve as a senior technical point of contact and provide executive briefings while managing schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholder relationships.

Develop and maintain quality-control systems, perform inspections and statistical analyses, lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions, audit quality systems to ISO/AS standards, manage nonconformances, define control plans and FMEAs, and collaborate with engineering and production to ensure product and process compliance.
