Technical lead for EO/IR seeker M&S and image/signal processing: design, implement, and validate algorithms and high‑fidelity 6‑DOF simulations in C/C++, MATLAB, and Python; support HWIL and flight test correlation; mentor engineers; coordinate across GNC, systems, software, and hardware teams; and drive verification, coding standards, and configuration management in HPC environments.

Develop, maintain, and analyze program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS); decompose scope with Control Account Managers; identify dependencies, critical path impacts, and schedule risks; support estimate-to-complete assessments, status updates, and compliance with EVMS guidelines; produce internal and external schedule reports.

Summer internship supporting Global Supply Chain functions including purchasing, logistics, and finance. Responsibilities include contacting vendors and carriers, tracking and expediting deliveries, collecting and analyzing data, maintaining records, generating reports and presentations, and supporting process improvements across purchasing, manufacturing, and engineering.

Support business development by performing systems engineering analyses for launch vehicle proposals: generate system-level requirements, assess vehicle performance, verify data, manage risk and cost inputs, create architectures and tracking reports, coordinate disciplines, and prepare proposal presentations. Travel domestically ~10%.
