Leads implementation and process improvement for Wise Platform verification. Maps complex workflows, identifies automation and efficiency opportunities, defines KPIs and dashboards, develops rollout plans, and coordinates cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and partner teams. The role drives root-cause analysis, operational controls, migration of manual processes, launch readiness, monitoring, documentation, and measurable improvements across global partner-verification operations.

Use performance data and consumer insights to develop creative direction, briefs, and concepts that improve acquisition efficiency. Guide creative teams and agency partners, elevate campaign quality, collaborate with media and regional stakeholders globally, and manage two Creative Strategists.

Build and scale backend systems for Wise’s recipient management experience. Responsibilities include developing distributed systems, designing and maintaining RESTful APIs, optimizing relational and non-relational databases, creating scalable schemas, and driving technical vision. Collaborate closely with product, design, and analytics teammates in an autonomous agile team while applying testing, code reviews, and best coding practices to solve customer problems.

Develop and execute localized employer brand strategies for São Paulo and the Americas. Partner with local and global stakeholders to address hiring challenges, shape employee value propositions, create content and events, manage employer brand campaigns, support ambassador programs, and analyze campaign performance. The role also contributes to global employer brand initiatives and partners with Product and Engineering teams.

Own and scale Wise Business’s GTM systems, designing Salesforce solutions, complex workflows, custom objects, integrations, and sales processes. Build lead intake, scoring, routing, and qualification capabilities while partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Enablement, and Analytics. Lead cross-functional initiatives from technical scoping through deployment and rollout, identify process improvements, evaluate vendors, and support the development of scalable systems in a high-growth environment.

Build and maintain scalable machine learning platform services, including model serving, training pipelines, experiment tracking, monitoring, and developer tooling. Improve reliability, observability, cost efficiency, and user experience for internal data scientists and ML engineers. Contribute to architecture, roadmap planning, on-call support, code reviews, documentation, mentoring, and continuous improvement.

Lead UX research for Wise’s Mitigation Platform, shaping platform strategy across teams, regions, and operational workflows. Define research priorities, select mixed methods, uncover shared and team-specific needs, and translate complex findings into actionable product decisions. Influence senior stakeholders, establish success metrics, mentor non-researchers, and guide the use of AI and LLM-powered workflows for agents. The role requires strong systems thinking, storytelling, research rigor, and comfort working embedded in ambiguous, fast-paced product environments.
