The Senior Marketing Analytics Manager will lead analytics and reporting for growth marketing, using data to improve efficiency and decision-making, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design Databricks pipeline patterns, build critical components, drive AI tooling integration, mentor engineers, and lead complex cross-team initiatives from problem statement to production delivery.

Manages commercial contract lifecycle processes for enterprise deals, including drafting, reviewing, approvals, renewals, repository maintenance, reporting, and compliance. Builds contract playbooks, templates, and scalable workflows while coordinating Legal, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations stakeholders. Provides contract guidance to sales teams, resolves process issues, and escalates complex matters to legal counsel.

Build and scale Ripple Treasury’s cloud-native liquidity management platform using Azure, .NET, C#, and SQL Server. Design resilient applications, implement comprehensive testing and observability, support CI/CD, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to technical designs, code reviews, mentoring, and continuous process improvement.
