THE WORK:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Deal Desk Manager to support the intersection of our Legal, Revenue Operations, and Sales teams. In this role, you'll be instrumental in enabling our rapidly expanding global business by ensuring seamless contract processes, maintaining compliance standards, and providing exceptional support to our organization.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to Revenue Operations, with close collaboration with Legal Counsel. You'll work at the heart of our commercial engine, touching every major enterprise deal and helping build scalable processes as we grow.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Contract Lifecycle Management (60%)
- Draft, review, and prepare commercial sales agreements including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and renewals for vendors and enterprise-level customers
- Manage end-to-end contract workflow in CMS, Linksquares and Salesforce experience preferred, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- Coordinate approvals across Legal, Finance, and Sales leadership
- Maintain contract repository and ensure proper documentation and version control
- Track contract metrics and provide regular reporting on contract status, turnaround times, and pipeline
Process Improvement & Implementation (25%)
- Manage contract playbooks that provide clear guidance for sales teams and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update contract templates to reflect business needs and legal requirements
- Identify bottlenecks in the contract process and implement solutions to improve efficiency
Stakeholder Management & Support (15%)
- Serve as a central point of contact for Legal, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams on contract-related questions
- Provide rapid, responsive support to sales requests while maintaining high quality standards
- Deliver visibility into contract status and timelines for internal stakeholders
- Educate sales teams on contract terms, approval requirements, and process expectations
- Escalate complex legal or business issues to legal counsel as needed
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5+ years of experience in contracts management, legal operations, sales operations, or related role supporting commercial contracting
- SaaS contract experience with strong familiarity with enterprise software agreements (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, DPAs, etc.)
- Technical proficiency (including AI) with contract lifecycle management systems (Linksquares preferred), Salesforce CRM, and AI automation tools
- Process orientation with demonstrated ability to create documentation, templates, and scalable workflows
- Legal aptitude including understanding of contract terms, commercial concepts, and risk considerations (paralegal background or legal studies a plus, but not required)
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to spot issues and inconsistencies in contracts
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex legal concepts for business stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset and proven ability to work effectively across Legal, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
- Responsiveness and service orientation with a track record of being a trusted, reliable business partner
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
