Lead and supervise a Security Settlements team ensuring equity and fixed income trades settle on contractual date, manage DTC processes, escalate and resolve issues, oversee controls and regulatory reporting, drive efficiency and strategic initiatives, and develop staff while partnering with business units and global counterparts.

Lead tax compliance and reporting for consolidated federal, state, and local corporate and partnership returns. Prepare and review separate company income tax provisions and footnotes, calculate ETRs, reconcile deferred tax balances and income tax accounts, support audits/IDR responses, manage tax engagements and filings, process payments, assist with entity formation/closure, and collaborate with Controllers and Legal Entity Management on tax accounting and special projects.

Support the Investment Strategy team by developing and maintaining Python-based tools, quantitative reports, and proprietary databases for liquid alternative and volatility risk premium strategies. Monitor portfolio risk and performance, conduct investment research and attribution, prepare client materials and commentary, respond to client inquiries, and collaborate with investment, technology, operations, and distribution teams to automate processes and enhance analytical capabilities.

Supports in-house management consulting engagements across institutional securities, including strategic program management, transformation, operational improvement, regulatory remediation, readiness planning, risk monitoring, governance, and management reporting. Coordinates business, technology, operations, finance, risk, and external stakeholders; tracks budgets, staffing, engagement economics, and performance metrics; develops senior-management presentations; and helps resolve issues and implement sustainable process improvements.

Supports application and infrastructure security risk technology and automation initiatives. Translates business, risk, and control objectives into requirements, process flows, project artifacts, roadmaps, metrics, and reporting. Coordinates stakeholders, development, testing, dependencies, budgets, and resources; identifies delivery risks and technology debt; evaluates analytics and tooling effectiveness; performs data analysis; supports AI and automation efforts; and maintains relevant policies and procedures.

Provide transaction management and trade support for EMEA structured products, overseeing issuance, documentation, trade approvals, settlement, reconciliation, risk monitoring, and resolution of trade breaks. Coordinate with Sales, Trading, COO, Operations, and external parties while ensuring accurate trade capture and timely settlement. Review controls, improve procedures, and lead automation initiatives to reduce manual work and enhance operational efficiency.
