Manage the full sales cycle for clinical laboratory capital equipment across chemistry, immunology, histology, microbiology, hematology, and molecular diagnostics. Generate and qualify leads, build pipeline, perform financial modeling, deliver demos and presentations, negotiate deals with manufacturers and customers, maintain SFDC records, and support vendor credentialing while traveling within the assigned Mid-Atlantic territory.

Expedites and resolves customer orders by proactively preventing issues, communicating with customers via email and phone, generating reports, managing group mailbox and workflow, collaborating with sales, field service and inventory teams, supporting front- and back-office functions, and participating in special projects.

Provide Tier 2+ IT support as the sole on-site technician for a Denver distribution facility, troubleshooting and configuring desktops, laptops, warehouse devices and peripherals; liaise with users, vendors and technology teams; install/remove hardware and software; escalate issues, deliver customer service, and provide occasional after-hours and weekend support.

Drive pharmaceutical product sales in a defined Texas territory through prospecting, cold calling, account management, and upselling. Build and execute sales plans, manage customer pipelines, meet/exceed sales targets, track activity in CRM, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.

Lead design, configuration, support, and production support of SAP master data and BRIM solutions (Customer, Vendor, Material, Business Partner). Drive integrations, data governance, migrations to S/4HANA, incident management (ServiceNow), workshops, and mentor level 1 teams while optimizing master data quality and system performance.
